We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors such as your location, courier delays, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping on all prepaid orders)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹0 (Free Shipping on all cod orders)

5. Packaging

We ensure all products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Our Bedsheets and Dohars are sealed in protective packaging with invoice details included.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

In rare cases of delay:

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at 9001081991 with your order ID.
• If the order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, kindly report within 24 hours for investigation.

7. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details (full name, address, pin code, and phone number). Sparsh will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
