Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our products, under any circumstances. All purchases made through our platform are considered final sales.

2. Return Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent).
• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The outer packaging
• The product
• The invoice/bill attached

Once we verify the issue, we will initiate a return pickup. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Products that are used, washed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
• Minor color variation due to screen display or lighting will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
